RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY



We take the greatest care in shipping your order. Each item is carefully examined before it is sent to you.
If, despite our vigilance, you notice a defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

 


1. Deadlinei

Returns are possible within 30 days of the delivery date, upon presentation of the purchase invoice. Beyond that, no return will be accepted.


2. Articles

We only accept returns for defective items or for items in good condition but in the original packaging.

Any item worn, used, altered or damaged cannot be returned to us.


Items which have been the subject of a competition or which have been obtained by any means other than sale via www.lifebycanna.com cannot be the subject of a refund or an exchange. www.lifebycanna.com ne pourront pas faire l’objet d’un remboursement ni d’un échange.


3. Return procedure

If you receive an item that is defective or no longer suitable for you, please contact us at the following email address and provide details of the product and the problem.
We will then tell you how to return the product to us.

4. Return costs

The return of your items must be insured by your own means and the costs will be at your expense.

We urge you to choose suitable shipping packaging and protect the items as much as possible.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurred during transportation..


5. Refund

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email within 14 business days if you are entitled to a refund or exchange because of the defect.
If your return is eligible for a refund, it will be made within 14 working days from the date of the refund confirmation (email) and according to the original method of payment.

Shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total amount.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for new items, in their original packaging, unworn, unworn, unaltered, undamaged and returned within 30 days of the date of shipment

You will be responsible for the shipping costs again.

The return process is the same as described above.


If the item is no longer available for sale, we will issue a refund within 14 working days, depending on the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
